1. Scope and acceptance
These terms apply to your use of the PROP FIRM KILLER by WSWFX website and, unless the relevant sales page or licence says otherwise, digital indicators, Expert Advisors, supporting files, instructions and related materials supplied under this brand. By using the website, you agree to follow the website-use provisions. A purchase is also subject to the product description, price and licence scope displayed at checkout or confirmed with your order.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age required to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction if higher. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of trading software is lawful in your location and permitted by your broker, platform provider and any prop firm whose account you use.
3. Products, compatibility and delivery
Products may include trading indicators, automated execution tools for MetaTrader 4 (MT4) or MetaTrader 5 (MT5), setup instructions and other digital materials. Only the features and deliverables expressly described for the edition you purchase are included. MT4 and MT5 files are not interchangeable. Platform, broker, operating-system, account-type and third-party changes can affect compatibility and performance.
Delivery or access instructions will be provided using the method stated at checkout or in the purchase confirmation. If you do not receive the instructions, contact us through the official WSWFX Telegram channel and include only the order reference and information reasonably needed to identify the purchase. Do not send payment-card details or account passwords.
4. Licence and permitted use
Unless your order or a separate written licence says otherwise, your purchase grants a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased files for your own trading and on the number and type of terminals/accounts expressly covered by your licence. A purchase does not transfer ownership of the software, strategy, branding or other intellectual property.
You must not, except where applicable law expressly permits it or the rights holder gives written permission, resell, redistribute, publish, sublicense, rent, share login or licence credentials for unauthorised use, remove proprietary notices, or attempt to bypass a licence or technical restriction. Do not represent the product or strategy as your own. Any separate licence conditions supplied with the product form part of your permitted-use terms where legally enforceable.
5. Pricing, taxes and payment
The price and currency presented on the Stripe-hosted checkout are the price and currency applicable to that transaction. Review the product, edition, price, tax and any recurring-payment information shown by checkout before authorising payment. Payment processing is provided by Stripe under its own terms. PROP FIRM KILLER by WSWFX does not store full card details on this website.
If you believe a charge is duplicated or incorrect, contact us with the transaction or receipt reference. Never send complete card numbers, card security codes, passwords or one-time authentication codes through support messages.
6. Your responsibilities and trading risk
- You are responsible for testing the files, confirming that they load correctly and reviewing settings, lot sizing, order behaviour, spreads, commissions, slippage and execution before live use.
- Automated trading can submit, modify or close orders according to configured logic. Monitor your terminal and keep a separate, reliable understanding of your risk exposure.
- You remain responsible for all trading decisions and for compliance with broker and prop-firm rules, including drawdown, consistency, prohibited-strategy and news-trading rules.
- You must use appropriate device and account security and keep any licence, purchase or configuration details secure.
No product can guarantee profits, a particular risk-reward ratio, a funded account, a prop-firm payout, uninterrupted operation or suitability for your circumstances. Please read the Trading Disclaimer before using a product.
7. Availability, support and updates
We aim to provide accurate product information and reasonable communication through the announced support channel, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted website availability, continuous platform compatibility, or a specific response time unless expressly promised at checkout. Updates, new versions, support duration and future features are included only where stated in the purchase details or separate licence.
8. Intellectual property
The WSWFX name, site design, product materials, software, documentation and associated branding are owned by or licensed to their respective rights holders. These terms do not grant rights beyond the limited licence stated above. Report any suspected unauthorised use through the official support channel.
9. Liability and mandatory consumer rights
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the product and website are provided without a promise that they will be error-free, profitable or suitable for a specific purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes or restricts liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or restricted, including mandatory consumer rights, or liability for fraud or other liability that applicable law does not allow the seller to limit.
To the extent the law permits, the seller is not responsible for trading losses, missed trades, market movements, broker or prop-firm decisions, execution differences, platform outages, connectivity failures or losses caused by settings or use outside the supplied instructions. This wording does not remove any rights you have under mandatory law.
10. Contact, complaints and disputes
Please contact us through the official WSWFX Telegram channel if you have a question, delivery issue or complaint so that we can review it. Your mandatory rights under consumer law remain unaffected. The law and dispute forum applicable to a purchase depend on the seller's location, your location and applicable mandatory rules; nothing in these terms is intended to deprive consumers of protections that cannot lawfully be waived.
11. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated to reflect changes to the site, product, delivery process or legal requirements. The current version will be published on this page. The terms applicable to an existing purchase are also subject to the order confirmation and any separately agreed licence terms, to the extent permitted by law.
