1. Who is responsible for your information?
PROP FIRM KILLER by WSWFX is the product and website brand for trading indicators, Expert Advisors (EAs) and related digital materials. The person or business that operates the website and sells a product is responsible for deciding how customer information is used. For privacy questions, contact us through the official WSWFX Telegram channel. The seller's full legal name, postal address and appropriate privacy contact should also be clearly stated in the checkout and purchase documentation.
This policy applies to this website and the information handled in connection with enquiries, purchases, support and delivery. It does not govern third-party websites or services linked from this site; those services publish their own privacy terms.
2. What information may be handled?
- Enquiry and support information: name, username, contact details, messages, product or platform questions and information you choose to provide.
- Purchase and order information: order reference, product or licence purchased, payment status, transaction amount, billing country and relevant receipt or support details made available to the seller.
- Payment information: payments are directed to Stripe-hosted checkout. Card details are submitted to Stripe, not entered into this website's pages. Stripe may process payment, billing, fraud-prevention and transaction information under its own privacy terms.
- Technical information: the hosting or security provider may receive connection logs such as IP address, browser/device information, requested pages, timestamps and security events.
- Preference information: if you choose to contact us or opt in to a communication, we may retain that preference so we can respect it.
Please do not send passwords, full payment-card details, security codes or other highly sensitive information in messages or support requests.
3. How and why information is used
Information may be used to respond to enquiries, process and verify an order, provide a purchased licence or delivery instructions, troubleshoot installation or compatibility issues, prevent fraud and misuse, keep appropriate transaction records, protect the website, and comply with legal obligations.
Where UK GDPR or similar rules apply, the relevant legal basis depends on the specific activity and circumstances. It may include taking steps at your request or performing a purchase contract, complying with a legal obligation, pursuing legitimate interests such as site security and customer support, or consent where consent is required. We will not treat a request for support as consent to unrelated marketing.
4. Service providers and international processing
Information may be shared only where reasonably needed with service providers such as Stripe for checkout and payment processing, Cloudflare or other website hosting/security providers, and Telegram or other communication services if you use them to contact us. Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect legal rights, or to respond to fraud or security incidents.
These providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where data-protection law requires safeguards for international transfers, the responsible operator must use an appropriate legal transfer mechanism. Please review the relevant provider's own privacy information for details of its processing.
5. Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described above, including supplying a product, managing support, maintaining transaction/accounting records, resolving disputes and meeting legal obligations. The applicable period depends on the type of record and the circumstances; information should be deleted or securely disposed of when it is no longer needed.
Reasonable technical and organisational measures should be used to protect information against unauthorised access, loss, misuse or disclosure. No website, transmission method or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
6. Cookies, analytics and consent preferences
The website uses a consent preference stored in your browser's local storage so it can remember whether you accepted or rejected optional analytics. This preference is used to operate the consent banner and is not an advertising profile. You can revisit or change your choice at any time using the “Cookie settings” control displayed on the website.
Google Analytics 4 is managed through Google Tag Manager. In the current basic-consent setup, the Google Tag Manager container and Google Analytics tags are loaded only after you choose to accept analytics. If you reject optional analytics, those tags are not loaded by the website. If you later withdraw an existing choice, the consent state is updated for subsequent tag behavior. No Meta or TikTok advertising pixel is currently intentionally configured in the website code. If additional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, this notice should be updated before they are activated.
Once enabled by your choice, Google Analytics may process information such as page views, browser/device details, approximate location inferred from network information, engagement and referral information, subject to Google's services and settings. Google may process information on its own infrastructure and under its own terms. Please review Google's privacy information for more detail. Website hosting and security providers may also process essential technical logs such as IP addresses and request details for delivery, security and diagnostics.
If you reject optional analytics, the website remains usable. Your preference is stored in browser local storage so the banner does not reappear on every page. Clearing site data or using another browser/device may reset the preference.
7. Your privacy rights and choices
Depending on the law that applies to you, you may have rights to request access to your personal information, correct inaccurate information, request deletion, restrict or object to certain processing, receive a portable copy, withdraw consent where processing relies on consent, or complain to your data-protection regulator. Rights can be subject to exceptions and may differ by jurisdiction.
To submit a privacy request, contact us using the official WSWFX Telegram channel and identify the nature of your request. Do not post private order or identity details publicly. We may need to verify your identity before responding. If UK data-protection law applies, you may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office; in Malaysia, you may refer to the Personal Data Protection Department. Applicable regulator details can change and should be checked on the regulator's official website.
8. Children
This website and these trading products are intended for adults and are not designed for children under 18. We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so the situation can be reviewed.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated as the website, checkout, service providers or legal obligations change. The updated version will be published on this page with a revised date. Please review it periodically.
